Julius Bender

Julius Bender worked for more than 3 years at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, the leading German consulting firm for restructuring and turnarounds.

With a joint master’s degree in business administration and mechanical engineering he understands the mentality and technology-focus of typical German Mittelstand companies very well. Before joining Roland Berger, Mr. Bender experienced new business development in an internet start-up specializing in e-commerce strategies.

Mr. Bender lived in the USA for 7 years and received his education at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany, the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Illinois and the College of William and Mary, Virginia. For further details please click here!




Reinhard J. Patzschke

Reinhard J. Patzschke worked in the restructuring and insolvency business since 1993. As founder of PMC Management & Consulting Services and senior consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants he served various clients as consultant and interim manager in restructuring, turnaround and reorganization cases in Europe and the US.

His studies of law and business administration were focused on issues of turnaround and insolvency. He wrote one of the first Ph.D.-Thesis about the reorganization of corporations under the new German insolvency law.

Mr. Patzschke is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). For further details please click here!
